Wool

Wool naturally is dirt repellent and therefor needs less washing than other types of textiles. To freshen up your woolen clothes it is advisable to hang them outside in humid weather. When your woolen clothes are really dirty, you can wash them as follows:

Wool 70%

Wool machine wash 30 degrees (Celsius).

Dry flat.

Wool 100%

Dry-clean.

Lanolize wool

Wool naturally has a layer of wool grease, named lanolin. This lanolin makes the wool slightly water- and dirt repellent. By wearing and washing the woolen clothes the lanolin layer will disappear. You can lanolize your woolen clothes to get this lanolin layer back. Our woolen clothes can only be lanolized with lanolin spray as for this the woolen clothes do not need to be soaked.
