Return & Exchange
We hope you will enjoy our products just as much as we loved making them! But if something is wrong with your order or you are not completely satisfied just let us know so we can take the item back or exchange it for something else.
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days after delivery. We only take back items which are in the same condition as when you have received them. So not worn, unwashed and with an attached label.
**Please note that we don’t take back custom orders unless they are damaged.

When we receive your return we will confirm that via email and will either refund your money the same way you payed within 5 to 10 working days or send you another item if so requested. We do not take responsibility for damages or losses due to the shipping.

OTHER TAXES, DUTIES, FEES CUSTOMS:
-Customers outside of Europe: Items must be marked as 'returned goods' on all customs documents as well as the front of the package. Without this, the customer may be liable for customs charges upon re-entry into Europe. If we need to pay any customs charges or any processing fees issued by the courier the amount will be deducted from your refund.
- The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any taxes, duties and fees that may be levied by the destination country and due at the time of delivery.
